The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for guiding the steering control of a vehicle. The apparatus for guiding the steering control of a vehicle comprises: a sensor module which searches a parking space where parking is possible around a vehicle if the vehicle enters a parking steering assistance mode and senses the hands-off in a steering wheel; a control module which performs the telescopic control of the steering wheel when the hands-off is sensed and steers the vehicle to the searched parking space by controlling the steering wheel; and an output module which notifies the entrance into the parking steering assistance mode.
