Disclosed is a dustbin assembly for an automatic vacuum cleaner. The disclosed dustbin assembly for an automatic vacuum cleaner comprises: a dustbin detachable from the main frame of the automatic vacuum cleaner; a switch unit placed on the main frame to turn on/off the current applied to the main frame; and a switch selective operation unit placed on the dustbin to selectively turn on/off the switch unit according to the attachment and detachment of the dustbin. The present invention is to provide a dustbin assembly for an automatic vacuum cleaner, which can prevent the automatic vacuum cleaner from operating with the dustbin disassembled from the main frame.
