The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for supplying power of a battery, capable of controlling a switch device according to critical voltage. The apparatus for supplying the power of the battery includes: a first battery and a second battery; and a battery sensor for sensing voltage of the first and second batteries. In the battery sensor, a first power supply channel is formed to supply power of the first battery when sum of the voltage of the first and second batteries exceeds the critical voltage, and a second power supply channel is formed such that respective power supply channels of the first and second batteries are connected when the sum of the voltage of the first and second batteries is equal to or less than the critical voltage. |
