Disclosed are a communication method among multiple devices and a host device thereof. According to the communication method of the present invention, devices capable of communicating with the host device are searched. Routing paths connected to a wearable device through the devices searched by the host device are generated. One of the routing paths is selected on the basis of a previously established criterion. The host device communicates with the wearable device through a device included in the selected path. The criterion includes a first criterion established in accordance with a service executed by the host device or a second criterion established in accordance with a security level of each searched device.
