The present invention relates to a toilet seat cover having a stepping function which enables a user to conveniently lift up the toilet seat cover with a foot; can easily be manufactured as the toilet seat cover is formed in a simple structure; can easily be installed in a toilet seat; and reduces manufacturing and installation costs. The toilet seat cover comprises: a device which absorbs shock when the cover is placed down; and a pedal which lifts up the cover. |
