According to an embodiment, a lamp device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of light sources arranged on the substrate; a plurality of lenses arranged on the plurality of light sources; an optical member arranged on the plurality of lenses; and at least one upper support unit arranged between each lens and the optical member to support the optical member.
