The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for precisely measuring a voltage of a vehicle battery cell. The apparatus comprises: a plurality of measuring units corresponding to a plurality of battery modules, respectively, to measure a voltage value of each of the battery cell modules; and a control unit calculating a state of charge (SOC) of a vehicle battery based on the voltage value measured by the measuring units. Power lines and ground lines between the measuring units are connected to each other. |
