An intraocular pressure sensor according to the present invention comprises: a substrate having a contact lens shape; a capacitor unit formed on the substrate and having a capacitance changing depending on an external pressure; and an inductor unit formed on the substrate and connected to the capacitor unit. The capacitor unit includes a piezoelectric element whose permittivity changes depending on the external pressure, and the capacitor unit and the inductor unit constitute a resonance circuit having a resonant frequency corresponding to the capacitance. The intraocular pressure sensor outputs a reflection signal corresponding to the resonant frequency in response to a wireless input signal from the outside, and the reflection signal includes information about the external pressure.
