Disclosed is an adaptive semantic based mediation system providing adapter interoperability engine mediation for efficient and effective exchanges of data/information among health information systems having different medical standards. Using the adaptive semantic based mediation system, accuracy of transformation process among different standard formats in mappings stored in (a) mediation bridge ontology may be evaluated.
