PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring jig for easily measuring a cylindrical tube with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A cylindrical tube measuring jig 2 includes: a bridging member 23 which fixes a reaction tube 11 in such a manner that a left top plate 21a and a right top plate 21b which have recesses sandwich it, and which is placed between these top plates along an outer periphery of the reaction tube 11; and a holding member 28 for holding openings of the left top plate 21a and the right top plate 21b in an openable/closable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
