PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank having the form of incorporating a canister while suppressing a reduction in the cruising range of a vehicle in association with the form of incorporating the canister.SOLUTION: A fuel tank 10 which has a canister 22 mounted inside a fuel tank body 20 eliminates the need for arranging the canister 22 on the lower side of the vehicle, thus effectively utilizing a space on the lower side of the vehicle and eliminating the need for a mounting component via which the canister 22 is mounted on the lower side of the vehicle. On the other hand, the upper face of the canister 22 arranged inside the fuel tank body 20 includes inclined parts 26, 28 inclined vertically upward from the vehicle-cross-direction end of a first horizontal part 24 on which a filter 50 is placed, toward a left wall 14 and a right wall 16, respectively. As a result, fuel when less remaining can contact the filter 50 during the turn of the vehicle to suppress or prevent a reduction in the cruising range of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
