The zoom lens may be part of an electronic apparatus, such as a photographing apparatus.

A zoom lens comprising: a first lens group having a positive refractive power; a second lens group having a negative refractive power; a third lens group having a positive refractive power; a fourth lens group having a negative refractive power; and a fifth lens group having a positive refractive power; wherein: the first to fifth lens groups are sequentially arranged in a direction from an object side, during zooming from a wide-angle position to a telephoto position, the first to fifth lens groups are moved, the second lens group comprises an aspheric lens that is the closest to the image side of the second lens group, the third lens group comprises a first lens having a positive refractive power, a second lens having a negative refractive power, and a third lens having a positive refractive power, wherein the first lens, the second lens, and the third lens are sequentially arranged in a direction from an object side, the second lens of the third lens group comprises a concave object-side surface, the fourth lens group comprises a lens having a negative refractive power and having a convex object-side surface, and the fifth lens group comprises a lens having a positive refraction power and having a convex object-side surface, wherein the zoom lens satisfies the following expression: 70<G3vd<96 wherein G3vd denotes an Abbe number of a positive lens of the third lens group closest to the image side.
