PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which suppresses firing and smoke generation of grease in a cooking chamber, and which can heat efficiently while securing the height of the inside of the cooking chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: second heating means provided in a heating chamber; a centrifugal fan provided in the heating chamber so that a wall surface on which a blowout port is formed faces a suction surface, and for blowing the air sucked from a first suction port to the blowout port; and control means for controlling the heating amount of first heating means and the second heating means individually. A rotation center of the centrifugal fan is arranged further on the left side than the center of the wall surface, in a state where the wall surface is viewed from the front. In a state where the wall surface on which the blowout port is formed is viewed from the front, a total sum of an opening area of the blowout port arranged further on the right side than the left-and-right center of a cooking chamber is larger than a total sum of an opening area of the blowout port arranged further on the left side than the left-and-right center of the cooking chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 43 |
