The present invention relates to a rake with a treating structure of screen residual impurities, and a dust separator using the same. The present invention provides a rake with a treating structure of screen residual impurities which treats residual impurities existing in a horizontal frame during a process of moving the rake, and a dust separator using the same. To achieve this of the present invention, the rake removing the impurities hung on a screen while moving around the screen installed in a waterway comprises: a rake main body arranged around the screen to have a structure of crossing a plurality of screen bars forming the screen, wherein both left and right ends are connected to an endless chain installed in the dust separator; a rake plate fixated to the rake main body, having a structure extended in a longitudinal direction of the rake main body, wherein a plurality of front rakes and a plurality of rear rakes are individually formed on the front and rear sides of the rake plate; and a residual impurities removing unit installed in the rake plate having a plurality of brushes inserted into a gap of a screen bar with the rear rake. Each of the brushes has a width same or narrower than the rear rake, and protrudes more to the rear side than the rear rake. As such, each of the brushes separates the impurities from the horizontal frame while sweeping the horizontal frame connected to the plurality of screen bars. |
