PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sink capable of preventing adhesion of contamination due to drying of tablewares, and reducing contamination, when tablewares after use are put into a dishwasher.SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that, to a sink 1 on which tablewares after use are stacked, water spraying (hot water spraying) is performed over whole area of the sink 1 by plural injection nozzles arranged on proper positions of a back guard 6. In the sink 1, water is not stored, and a drain hole is opened, so that every time of water spraying, contaminated water is discharged to outside, and contamination does not adhere to the tablewares, so that contamination is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
