The present invention relates to a method which produces lotions, drops, gels, ointments, suspensions, creams, an emulsion by dissolving gases, such as hydrogen and oxygen not easily dissolved in oils, with high concentration in the oils, and to a product produced by the same and, more specifically, to a producing method which increases dissolved gas amount of poorly water soluble gases (hydrogen and oxygen) in hydrophobic liquid and thus has a large amount of nano-bubbles and to a product produced by the same. |
