PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means extracting an apparatus from a passageway by longitudinally pulling a spiral part on a wall of the passageway or an organ, while rotating the apparatus.SOLUTION: A device 1608 to be attached to an apparatus includes: a stator 1802; a rotary member 1803 provided in the stator 1802 so as to rotate over the stator 1802 about a prescribed shaft and including a projection projecting from an outer peripheral surface in a direction orthogonally crossing with the prescribed shaft; and a cover 1801 to be fixed to the stator 1602, while covering the rotary member 1803. The device further includes a lumen configured to be fitted to the rotary member 1803 covered by the cover 1801; a recess to be fitted with the projection via the cover 1801, at an inner peripheral surface; and a rotor to which rotary motion of the rotary member 1803 is transmitted via the cover 1801.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 100 |
