An artificial blood vessel and a preparation method thereof, relating to the fields of organ manufacturing and biological materials. The artificial blood vessel comprises an outer skin layer, a fibroblast layer, a smooth muscle cell layer, an inner skin cell layer, and an inner cavity. Using a comprehensive technique of plasma spraying, electro-spraying, electro-spinning, inverted moulding and 3D printing to implement the 3D ordered arrangement of the inner skin layer, smooth muscle cell layer, fibroblast layer and outer skin layer, using anti-coagulation factors to enhance the anti-coagulant properties of the artificial blood vessel, using a method of controlled release of growth factors to implement the distribution of induced differentiation of stem cells, and culturing the artificial blood vessel by means of a pulse reactor, such that the structure and function thereof mimics that of natural animal blood vessels, providing an alternative to vascular grafts; the present artificial blood vessel and preparation method thereof also applies to other tubular tissues and organs, such as the oesophagus, trachea, fallopian tubes, bile ducts, urethra, and bladder. |
