FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and intended for regulation of flow of the passing environment. Control valve with equal percentage flow characteristic contains a hollow body (1). Plunger (2) and separator (3) are installed in the case. In the walls of the separator (3) along the longitudinal axis of the valve there are radial shaped slots (4) connected with holes (5), having the shape of truncated circle diameter of d. Between holes (4) and (5) is formed through pass equal to minimum width of slot b. Total flow area of holes (4) and (5) provides equal percentage flow characteristic of valve. Holes (4) are formed by lines according to the formula, and d is material root of solving of transcendental equation. Holes (4), at the same time, are combined at least in two groups of identical radial shaped slot holes.EFFECT: maximum (no more than 10 %) deviation of actual equal percentage flow characteristic from theoretical value is provided.1 cl, 11 dwg, 1 tbl |
