The boom (1) for a sailing board is comprised of two arms (2, 3) bent outwardly and connected by a stern elbow (10, 204) and a silent block. The arms (2, 3) are comprised by telescopic sleeves (4 to 7, 209 to 212). On each arm (2, 3) there is provided a device (8, 9, 213, 214) to lock the sleeves at the desired length. Said device may be a friction coupling device and preferably a dog type coupling device (213 resp. 214). |
