The object of the invention is to provide a sleeve securing means, e.g. for perlators, in order to prevent perlators from being stolen and thus to protect the owner against losses due to theft. The abovementioned object is achieved in Figure 4 in that an elliptical spring ring (4) is placed between the part (1) and the part (2) and, due to the eccentric construction (D) (d), both components are connected to each other such that they can rotate (section A, section B), with the result that, in the installed state, the part (2), held by the part (4), rotates on the part (1).
