PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink composition causing no clogging, excellent in discharging stability and printing quality with prevented from bleeding. SOLUTION: This ink composition contains a colorant, 1,5-pentanediol, a compound expressed by chemical formula (I) and a butyl ether-based solvent and the content of the aforesaid compound having a specific structure is brought to >=1 wt.%. Especially, the aforesaid ink composition containing 1-3 wt.% of the compound having the specific structure is preferable. |
