PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject ink set capable of giving characters/images excellent in both color developability and fretting resistance with the identical system even if any of plain paper and exclusive paper for ink jet printing is used as a to-be-printed medium. SOLUTION: This ink set for ink jet printing use has light-color-based inks with a plurality of colors and deep-color-based inks with plurality of colors; wherein these two groups of inks essentially have pigments and solvents, respectively, and the former inks respectively have polymeric microparticles, while the latter inks respectively have no such polymeric microparticles, or have such polymeric microparticles in smaller amounts than the case with the former inks. |
