PURPOSE:To manufacture a hollow product with a flexible pipe section of superior strength and sealing properties by encircling partially a flexible and heat-resistant elastic material with a plurality of molded products, connecting the same to form a molding core, which is inserted into a mold and coated with resin, and then pulling out the elastic material. CONSTITUTION:A flexible and heat-resistant elastic core 6, constituted of one or plural elastic materials 1 of almost same shape as at least part of the inner shape of a hollow material, is at least partially encircled with a plurality of resin molded product 2 molded preliminarily into the shape at least divided into two. Then, said resin molded products 2 are connected with by fusing, heat caulking or the like to manufacture a molding core 7, and said molding core 7 is inserted into a mold 8 for carrying out injection molding to coat the outer peripheral section of the molding core with resin 3, and then the elastic material 1 is pulled out. |
