PURPOSE:To avoid the remaining of air hole mark on the surface of in-mold decorative molding, by connecting the rear of a cavity wall composed of a porous material of a female mold to a vacuum source, vacuum-molding a transfer sheet having a decorating pattern, clamping a male mold and then injection- molding a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:At least a part of the cavity wall of the female mold 2B of an injection mold 2 is composed of a porous material 22, the rear of said cavity wall is connected to a vacuum source through an exhaust vent 21, and the transfer sheet 1A comprising a base film, a peel ply, a decorating printing layer and an adhesive layer is vacuum-molded to be previously molded. The previously molded object 1B of the obtained transfer sheet is clamped with a male mold 2A and the female mold 2B to injection-mold a synthetic resin. A molding 3 can be obtained by peeling the base film as occasion demands. In such a manner, since absorbed air is exhausted through the porous cavity wall of the female mold when the transfer sheet is previously molded, there is no air hole mark on the surface of the previously molded object and accordingly the surface of the obtained decorative molding is made free from air hole mark. |
