PURPOSE:To obtain the title admixture capable of enhancing curing promotion and antifreeze performance of cement at low cost, by spiking with amidosulfonic acid powder. CONSTITUTION:The title powdered admixture D can be obtained by incorporating Portland cement such as conventional Portland cement with (A) 0.005-0.06wt.% based on said cement, of a water-soluble aminoalcohol such as triethanolamine, (B) amidosulfonic acid powder with a maximum size of <=1mm and (C) >=0.5 molar times the component B, of an oxide or hydroxide of alkaline earth metal with an average size of <=100mu [e.g., Ca(OH)2]. When this admixture is to be incorporated in cement, 2-5wt.%, based on the cement, of this admixture D is used. If needed, the component B alone is incorporated in >=50wt.%, based on the component B, of cement. |
