PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashing display device capable of remarkably increasing a visibility with attractiveness and simple structure. SOLUTION: A light emitting power generating body 1 comprises a center shaft 2 and a rotating body 3 rotating about the center shaft 2. The body is formed so as to generate a power by the rotation of a magnet 5 installed on one of the rotating shaft and the rotating body and a coil body 6 installed on the other. A LED light emitting diode 4 as a light emitting body is installed on either of the center shaft 2 and the rotating body 3. The center shaft 2 or the rotating body 3 is rotated by the rotating force of the other rotating body to emit light from the LED light emitting diode 4. |
