摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the titled measurement highly accurately in a short time and to decrease maintenance costs, by providing a reference liquid tube, small liquid cells, a liquid-level adjusting means in the reference liquid tube, and a liquid-height detecting means. CONSTITUTION:All small liquid cells T1-Te and a reference liquid tube 9 are communicated, and the height of the liquid level of the reference liquid tube 9 is measured. The measured value is made to be a reference value m0. Before the next measurement, the small liquid cell Te is communicated to the reference liquid tube 9, and the height of the liquid level is adjusted by a liquid level adjusting means 15 so that the liquid level becoms equal to the reference value. The small liquid cells T1-Tn at the parts to be measured are communicated to the reference liquid tube 9, and heights m1-mn of the liquid level of the reference liquid tube 9 are measured, respectively. The reference value m0 is subtracted from the measured values m1-mn, respectively, and amounts of changes H1, H2,...Hn with respect to the reference value in the reference liquid tube 9 are obtained at every measuring point. Based on the amounts of changes H1-Hn and the reference liquid tube 9, a relative displacement of each small liquid cell Ln can be obtained by an expression Ln=Hn(1+A0/An), where A0 is the cross sectional area of the reference liquid tube 9 and An is the cross sectional area of the small liquid cell Tn (A0<An).
