<p>PURPOSE:To restrain a crack from being produced when a stress generated at a heat cycle is concentrated in an insulator film. CONSTITUTION:Many pores 5 are made in an insulator film 4 with which individual conductor films 2A, 2B and a resistor film 3 are covered; the insulator film is made porous. The concentration of a stress generated at a heat cycle is relaxed because the pores 5 exist. Thereby, since crack generation is restrained, it is possible to prevent a bad influence exerted on an electric characteristics.</p> |
