<p>PURPOSE: To conveniently and easily cook a food product in a microwave oven so as to be browned and crisped by forming the bag so that the folded opening is extended from a susceptive material and formed by a sleeve designed to be mutually folded during cooking. CONSTITUTION: This enclosed cooking bag 10 is put in a microwave oven and cooked for an appropriate time interval. Since susceptive material layers 30 substantially covering all the four side faces and the bottom 12 of the enclosed cooking space 48 exist, the temperature of the enclosed cooking space 48 is rapidly heated up to about 110-210 deg.C. In this temperature, a coating agent 40 for food is browned and crisped. And at the same time, the microwave radiation transmitting through the flexible cooking bag 10 cooks the food product 38. After an appropriate cooking time, the food product 38 cooked to be browned and crisped can be taken out of the top by only unfolding the opening 46 of the flexible cooking bag 10.</p> |
