PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR FRACTIONATING AND SEPARATING PEPTIDE HAVING ACE INHIBITING ACTIVITY FUNCTION FROM STOCK SOLUTION OF PEPTIDE

PURPOSE: To provide a system for continuously and industrially producing a peptide having strong function of ACE inhibiting activity from a raw peptide or a protein raw material. CONSTITUTION: A pair of ODS silica gel columns 13 and 130 of the same scale are installed side by side. An adsorption treatment system capable of supplying a raw solution of a peptide for food to both the columns 13 and 130 and adsorbing a peptide substance on the ODS silica gel in the columns 13 and 130 and separating the peptide substance from a filtrate is fixed. A fractionation treatment system capable of feeding ethanol solutions having different concentrations to both the columns 13 and 130 successively stepwise and housing eluted solutions fractionated corresponding to the concentrations of the fed ethanol solutions for each fraction is set. A separation treatment system for separating and recovering ethanol in the eluted solution of the fraction having at least strong function of ACE inhibiting activity from the eluted solutions is laid. An alternately changing control means for both the columns is installed.
