PURPOSE: To provide bondable organic coated metal plate, which develops adhesiveness by heating and the blocking resistance of which is stable at a high level at all times as long as temperature is kept below a specified value. CONSTITUTION: The bondable organic coated metal plate has crystalline nylong- base adhesive, which has adhesion at room temperature and reveals adhesion by heating and the fusion peak measured in differential scanning calory is not present below 50 deg.C and present in the temperature range of 50 deg.-200 deg.C, on one or both sides of metal plate. The preferable intensity of the fusion peak is 10-100% of the intensity of the fusion peak measured in differential scanning calory of the resin, which is hardened by being allowed to cool from the temperature higher than the melting point of the resin to room temperature. The preferable membrane thickness of the adhesive has the domain ranging from 0.5μm or thicker to below 100μm. Thus, the blocking resistance of the resin stabilizes at high level at all times. Even when products are shipped under the state being stacked and temperature rises up to 50 deg.C or higher, the adhesion between the front side of one product and the rear side of other product does not occur, resulting in realizing the stable feeding of the products. |
