THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITE BODY

PURPOSE: To maintain high level toughness and strength at low temperature by a method wherein composite layer consisting of polyamide resin layer and ethylene vinylalcohol copolymer resin layer is laminated onto thermoplastic resin layer through bondable thermoplastic resin layer. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composite body is produced by laminating composite layer consisting of polyamide resin layer and ethylene vinylalcohol copolymer resin layer onto thermoplastic resin layer through bondable thermoplastic resin layer. These respective resin layer are formed in the form of film or sheet and laminated to one another. Concretely, laminated matter 4 prepared by laminating the polyamide resin layer 4a and the ethylene vinylalcohol copolymer resin layer 4b together and thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet layer 2 are formed in advance so as to fix both the matter 4 and the layer 2 by pressure and laminated together by self-extending the bondable thermoplastic resin 3 becomes the layers 2 and 4 with rolls or the like. The resultant matter is resistant to the chemical substances developing from polyurethane foam and hard against errosion by heat or during transport and storage and can also be used for icebox.
