PURPOSE: To prevent formation of fuzz and wrinkles while keeping the excellent property and touch of cellulose fibers by fixing flocks of the cellulose fibers in a base cloth. CONSTITUTION: Flocks of cellulose fibers are fixed in a base cloth. Based on the purpose, fibrillation treatment and enzyme treatment may be carried out for the flocks. For example, Tencel which is cut is set in a dyeing cauldron, water is added, and while stirring being carried out, fibrillation treatment and enzyme treatment are carried out. As an enzyme agent, Cellsoft Plus L is used and pH of the treatment liquid is kept at 5.5-6.5 and after treatment is carried out at 40-50 deg.C, the temperature is elevated to and kept at 80 deg.C and the enzyme treatment is stopped and washing by water and dewatering are carried out. After the resultant flocks are immersed in an electrodeposition solution they are dewatered, and dried to give flocks for planting. Then, after an adhesive is applied to a Tensel woven cloth, the flocks are planted by an electrostatic method. Consequently, while the touch and property of the cellulose fibers are maintained, wrinkle and fuzz formation can be prevented. |
