PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an obturator which facilitates the inserting operation of a tracheostomy tube by preventing the obturator from pulling out from the tracheostomy tube. SOLUTION: The obturator to be made to communicate with the tracheostomy tube is provided with a main body 15 positioned within a lumen for maintaining airway in insertion corresponding to the shape of the tube cavity body of the tracheostomy tube, a head part 16 which is disposed at one end part of the main body 15 and is partially exposed from one end part of the tube cavity body of the tracheostomy tube in the case of insertion, and an operation part 17 disposed at the other end part of the main body 15 and has a projection 21 to be fitted to a fitting groove formed at the inner peripheral surface of a connector in the case of insertion. |
