<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the influence of induction noise from finger and to precisely detect input coordinates. SOLUTION: Plural X electrodes 4 and plural Y electrode 5 are respectively formed on the upper and lower faces of a sensor board 6 so as to intersect each other at a right angle, a noise removing sheet 7 is laminated to the surface of the board 6 and a noise prevention pattern 7a is formed on the upper surface of the sheet 7 in parallel so as to be arranged on positions corresponding to gaps between respective electrodes 4. When a finger touches the sheet 7, induction noise from the finger is allowed to flow into the ground side through the pattern 7a.</p> |
