PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film capable of holding antistatic capacity even under a high humidity condition or even after washing. SOLUTION: In the protective film having an antistatic layer 13 laminated to the surface of an optical member to protect the surface thereof, a water- resistant layer 14 is provided on the antistatic layer and, when the surface of the water-resistant layer is reciprocally rubbed five times with steel wool #0000 in a state immersed in water with a temperature 4-6 deg.C under a load of 3.92 N at a speed of 100 mm/sec, the antistatic layer does not fall off from the surface protective film. |
