PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for wrapping a rice ball capable of automatically wrapping a laver-covered rice ball, and readily and automatically conveying the rice ball to a wrapping and sealing device of the next step. SOLUTION: This device for wrapping a rice ball has through holes 3 for storing the rice balls bored along the outer perimeter of a disk 1 at a same interval, and notches 4 for storing the rice balls formed along the outer perimeter of a disk 1' at a same interval. Both of the disks 1 and 1' are intermittently stopped in a state in which the centers of the through holes 3 are corresponded to the center lines (d) of the notches 4, and a nozzle 8 for blowing air to an opening part 7 of a wrapping bag 6 stopping on a horizontal conveyer for charging the wrapping bag, a suction disk device for an opening, and the rice ball 10 lifted on the through hole 3 are transferred into the wrapping bag 6. Further, the rice ball 10 is forced into the notch 4 by a lifting and lowering stamp, and thereafter the first and second discs 1 and 1' are rotatably and simultaneously moved to the next through hole 3 position and notch 4 position and stopped, and further the conveyer 5 is rotatably moved to send the next wrapping bag 6 to the center line (d). |
