摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver using an electromechanical transducer element which can manually shift a member to be driven, in condition that the power is cut. SOLUTION: A driving mechanism 50 is one which drives a working member 31 being a member to be driven, and hereupon applying drive pulses to a piezoelectric element 55 thereby generating elastic displacement different in velocity and making the drive shaft 56 supported by the frame 53 fixed to the device body perform reciprocal oscillation different in velocity will shift the coupling member 41 coupled by friction with a shaft 56 and a slide member 42 in the specified direction. The frictional coupling of the coupling member 41 and the slide member 42 to the shaft 56 is performed by applying DC voltage to the piezoelectric element 45, and the break of the application of the DC voltage will release the frictional coupling, and the coupling member 41, that is, the working member 31 can be shifted by hand.
