<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely treat the whole of BOD, COD and other impurities in waste water by introducing contaminated waste water, microorganisms consisting essentially of a bacillus and a microorganism activator into a rotating part, partly dipping an intercrossed porous tissue rotor in the waste water and rotating the rotor. SOLUTION: A curled fibrous tissue body obtained by curling a synthetic fiber of vinylidene chloride, etc., arranging the fibers bulkily and irregularly and firmly bonding the intersections of the fibers with an adhesive of vinylidene chloride, etc., is used in a rotor 6, and the rotor is dipped in contaminated waste water and rotated. The feed pipe 15 taken out of the conical bacillus sludge collecting part 4a formed in the center of the bottom of a settling tank 4 is branched on the way to other parts and led to a group of aeration tanks 3. Further, a connecting pipe 16 for discharging microorganisms quantitatively from a metering and distributing tank 12 arranged above a relay tank 14 is led successively to a group of plural rotating mechanism 2 each provided with a rotor 6 and then extended to the tanks 3 through a connecting pipe 19.</p> |
