PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adhesion of ink and to obtain a printed matter which does not deteriorate quality by attaching a ceramic jacket to an impression cylinder of a perfect printing press. SOLUTION: A surface printing unit 5a is equipped with a blanket cylinder 7a, a plate cylinder 9a, and a paper gripping claw and consists of an impression cylinder 11a having a diameter equal to that of the plate cylinder 9a, an inking mechanism 13a, and others, and the upper part of the cylinder 11a is connected with the blanket cylinder 7a, the plate cylinder 9a, and the mechanism 13a. A back printing unit 6a, like the unit 5a, is equipped with a blanket cylinder 8a, a plate cylinder 10a, and a paper gripping claw and consists of an impression cylinder 12a having a diameter equal to that of the cylinder 10a, an inking mechanism 14a, and others, and the lower part of the cylinder 12a is connected with the blanket cylinder 8a, the plate cylinder 10a, and the inking mechanism 14a. A ceramic jacket is attached to the impression cylinder of a printing machine. |
