PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the life reduction in an automated tool by detecting current that flows to the automated tool, taking in the detected current value at each fixed time and calculating the amount of supplied electricity, and then giving a warning when the amount exceeds a fixed value. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 23 confirms that approximately 10 ms passes using a 10 ms counter, converts the current of an input port 23a to a digital value and reads it, and multiplies it by approximately 10 ms to obtain the amount of electricity that an electric drill or the like consumed within a fixed time. The amount of electricity is added to the amount of accumulated electricity being stored for obtaining a current amount of accumulated electricity M and then the 10 ms counter is cleared. The amount of accumulated electricity M is compared with approximately 90 $ of a prescribed value MMAX being initially set, supplies current to output ports 23b, 23c, and 23d in the case of M>=MMAX×90%, turns on an alarm part 25 consisting of a speaker 15, a buzzer 16, and a lamp 17, and generate an alarm, thus suppressing life reduction in a motor and an automated tool. |
