PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access device for a surgical operation which can hold airtightness in an operator's hand inserted condition and a pulled-out condition. SOLUTION: In an access device for a surgical operation to connect the inside and the outside of the body, which has a first valve 1 and a second valve 2, and in which the first valve 1 holds airtightness in a hand inserted condition and the second valve 2 holds airtightness at uninserted time, the second valve 2 is composed of plural elastic thin films extending in the central direction from an inside wall surface of the access device, and forms a slit-like opening part 8 by being folded back in the shaft direction of the access device in a radial position where the respective ones contact with each other, and a folded-back part forms a contact surface. |
