PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select other channels, without giving hindering the speech of a busy channel. SOLUTION: This digital cellular telephone system is provided with a mobile station 1, radio base station side installations 2, 3 that send/receive a radio signal to/from the mobile station 1, an electric communication line installation 4 that connects to the radio base station side installations 2, 3 and connects a speech signal from an ISDN 6 on a PSTN 7 to the radio base station side installations 2, 3, and an operation maintenance supervisory console 5 that supervises the entire system operation and maintenance. The channel changeover of the digital cellular telephone system is forcibly started by remote control from the operation maintenance supervisory console 5 and a communication call of a channel by the radio base station side installation, the function of which is stopped is moved to a channel of a radio zone covered by the radio base station side installation which is not affected by the function stoppage. |
