PURPOSE: A control device is simple in the structure of circuit thereof and has improved speed detecting performance. CONSTITUTION: A control device comprises a square wave signal generating part(101), a brake condition detecting part(150), a starting key operating part(160), a controller(300), an ABS(Anti-skid Brake System) actuator(400) and a warning part(410). The square wave generating part(101) comprises semi-conductor hall sensors detecting speed of each car wheel and generating square wave signals corresponding thereto. The controller(300) receives detected signals and operational signals from the detecting parts(101, 150, 160) and outputs control signal corresponding thereto. The ABS actuator(400) is driven by the control signal from the control device(300) to increase or decrease the braking hydraulic pressure to control braking force.
