PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of rust of a binding wire end part by molding a binding wire used by being doubly folded to fasten a crossing part and a joint part of bar arrangement in assembling reinforcements, and coloring and covering a doubly-folded part and both end parts. SOLUTION: In assembling reinforcements, a binding wire 1 used to fasten a crossing part of bar arrangement is formed, and paint is applied to a doubly- folded part P and end parts Q, R of a doubly-folded pure superfine steel wire 1A, to form colored covering parts 3, 4, 5. A crossing place of an assembly of reinforcements arranged so as to longitudinally laterally cross at a right angle to each other is fastened by the binding wire 1, and since a jumping-out end part by this fastening is colored, the binding wire 1 and the reinforcements can be easily distinguished after assembling the reinforcements to thereby easily confirm whether or not proper binding is performed after bar arrangement to improve a quality control level.
