PURPOSE: A method and a system for offering an Internet-based custom service are provided to minimize the time and cost for customs by enabling an exporter to collectively manage the preparation of commercial invoices and customs entry for export on the Internet, to contribute to the prompt physical distribution flow, and to strengthen the international competitiveness. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user of a client connecting to a DNS(Domain Name System) of a server system and passing through a user authentication process via a web server(200), the authenticated user registering the exporting goods on the exporting goods registration web page transmitted from the server system(210), outputting a commercial invoice of the corresponding exporting goods when the registered exporting goods are shipped(220), declaring the exportation through an EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) system of the Office of Customs Administration by converting the data of the registered export items into customs declaration data for export clearance(230), outputting an export clearance certification by frequently checking the clearance of the cleared exporting goods(240), and notifying the clearance to a receiver via an electronic document transfer medium(250).
