PURPOSE: An electronic commerce system using electronic component auction on the Internet is provided to reduce maintenance cost of auction, to perform an auction process without exposing client data and to keep transparent auction and reverse auction by performing electronic commerce smoothly through auction of electronic components. CONSTITUTION: The electronic commerce method comprises steps of a client accessing an electronic component auction site through a client system of a computer terminal, the client registering client data including a manager in charge, a telephone number, a facsimile number, duties and an email address by transmitting the client data to a database(S10), the client consulting with an electronic component auction system manager about the clearing conditions such as kinds of electronic components for auction, auction type, auction price and auction items and transmitting the data to the database if recommended price is admitted(S20), and the client sending the auction item to the manager, and the manager checking the electronic component, grading and packing the component(S30).
