PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by reducing the number of components and the size of a product. SOLUTION: A component attaching part 9 which is formed by lifting a bottom surface 3 of a box body 1 of an electrical equipment box by prescribed dimension is installed. Covers 31, 31, which reach as far as a bottom of the box body 1 so as to cover both sides of a recess 30 formed on the back side of the component attaching part 9 are collectively stretched and installed on a lid 2. As a result, the component attaching part 9 which is formed by lifting the bottom surface 3 of the box body 1 can be used as a member for attaching an electric component. The recess 30 formed on the back side of the component attaching part 9 is covered with the cover parts 31, 31 which are collectively formed on the lid 2.
