PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wastewater imaging apparatus for managing a water quality of an industrial wastewater 2 with using an LED 5 as a light source which can correctly extract and image a floc part 3 in the wastewater, even when a luminance of the LED 5 decreases by a change with time and other reasons. SOLUTION: A white background plate 6 is set to a transparent cell 1, in which the wastewater is stored to be opposite to a camera 4 for imaging the wastewater. The camera 4 is provided with a luminance-correcting means 7 corresponding to the illumination luminance of the LED 5.
